    Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 4 cloves
    Garlic
  • 1 tbsp
    Ginger
Directions
  • Marinate Chicken

    Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger. Coat chicken and refrigerate 4+ hours.

  • Grill

    Preheat grill to high. Cook chicken 6-8 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

  • Rest

    Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
