  • Sear Beef

    Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides. Let cool.

  • Make Duxelles

    Finely chop mushrooms and cook until dry.

  • Assemble

    Spread pastry, layer with duxelles and pâté, place beef on top, and wrap tightly. Brush with egg wash and bake.
