  • 5 cloves
    Garlic
  • 4 tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp
    Honey
Directions
  • Slice Meat

    Partially freeze the beef for easier slicing. Cut into very thin strips.

  • Make Marinade

    Grate the pear and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.

  • Marinate and Cook

    Combine beef with marinade for at least 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry quickly over high heat.
