Directions
  • Make Filling

    Sauté onion until soft. Add beef and cook until browned. Season with spices. Stir in chopped olives and eggs.

  • Fill and Seal

    Roll out dough circles. Place filling in the center, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.

  • Bake

    Brush empanadas with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
