Directions
  • Make Kofta Mixture

    Grate the onion and squeeze out excess liquid. Mix with beef, chopped parsley, spices, and salt.

  • Shape Kebabs

    Divide mixture and shape onto skewers, forming long, sausage-like shapes.

  • Grill

    Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred. Serve with pita, salad, and sauce.
