    Char onion and ginger. Simmer beef bones with spices for 3+ hours.

  • Prepare Noodles

    Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.

  • Assemble

    Place noodles in bowls, top with raw beef slices. Pour boiling broth over beef to cook. Serve with herbs.
