Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Sauté Beef
Slice beef into thin strips. Season and sauté quickly in batches over high heat. Remove from pan.
- Make Sauce
In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and onion. Add broth to deglaze. Stir in sour cream and return beef to the pan. Heat through.
