Directions
  • Prepare Rice

    Cook rice according to package instructions.

  • Cook Vegetables

    Separately sauté carrot, zucchini, and spinach with a little salt and sesame oil.

  • Assemble Bowls

    Place rice in bowls. Arrange vegetables and beef on top. Place a fried egg in the center. Serve with gochujang.
