    Fresh White Fish
  • 1 cup
    Lime Juice

    Red Onion

    Chili Pepper
  • 1/2 cup
Directions
  • Cube Fish

    Cut very fresh fish into small cubes.

  • Cure Fish

    Place fish in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until opaque.

  • Combine

    Drain most of the lime juice. Mix in thinly sliced onion, chopped chili, and cilantro.
