    Chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp
    Ginger
  • 3 cloves
    Garlic
  • 2 tbsp
    Chana Masala Spice
Directions
  • Sauté Aromatics

    Sauté chopped onion until golden. Add minced ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute.

  • Build Gravy

    Add spices and cook for 30 seconds. Add blended tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.

  • Simmer

    Add cooked chickpeas and water. Simmer for 20 minutes until the gravy is thick. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro.
