Directions
- Marinate Chicken
Combine chicken, soy sauce, and half the garlic in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Braise
Place chicken and marinade in a pot. Add vinegar, peppercorns, and remaining garlic. DO NOT STIR. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Brown
Remove lid and continue cooking until sauce reduces and chicken browns slightly.
