Directions
  • Prepare Filling

    Shred cooked chicken. Mix with a little enchilada sauce, cheese, and sautéed onion.

  • Assemble

    Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Fill with chicken mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.

  • Bake

    Pour remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
