    Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup
    Marsala Wine
  • 2 cups
    Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup
    Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves
    Garlic
Directions
  • Pound Chicken

    Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.

  • Cook Chicken

    Dredge chicken in flour and pan-fry until golden. Remove from pan.

  • Make Sauce

    Sauté mushrooms and garlic. Add Marsala wine to deglaze, then stir in cream. Simmer until thickened. Return chicken to pan to warm through.
