    Chicken Cutlets
  • 1/2 cup
    Flour
  • 1/4 cup
    Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp
    Capers
  • 4 tbsp
    Butter
Directions
  • Pound Chicken

    Pound chicken to an even thickness. Dredge in flour.

  • Cook Chicken

    Pan-fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.

  • Make Sauce

    Add lemon juice and capers to the pan. Scrape up browned bits. Swirl in butter to create a sauce. Pour over chicken.
