Directions
  • Marinate Chicken

    Cut chicken into strips. Marinate in coconut milk, curry powder, and other spices for at least 30 minutes.

  • Grill Skewers

    Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill or broil for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

  • Make Sauce

    Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and a little water to reach dipping consistency.
