Directions
- Marinate Chicken
Cut chicken into chunks. Mix with yogurt, half the ginger, half the garlic, and 1 tbsp garam masala. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook Chicken
Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken pieces until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Make Sauce
Sauté remaining ginger and garlic. Add tomatoes and spices, cook until thickened. Add cream and chicken
simmer for 10 minutes.
