Directions
  • Cook Bacon

    Cook bacon until crispy. Remove, leaving fat in pot.

  • Sauté Vegetables

    Sauté onions in bacon fat until soft. Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Simmer

    Add clam juice and milk. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add clams and cream. Heat through.
