Directions
  • Cook Pasta

    Boil spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

  • Make Sauce

    While pasta cooks, thinly slice garlic. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat and gently sauté garlic and chili flakes until garlic is golden.

  • Combine

    Add the drained pasta to the pan with the garlic oil. Add a splash of pasta water and the fresh parsley. Toss vigorously until a creamy sauce forms.
