Directions
  • Coat Chicken

    Toss chicken in potato starch.

  • Fry Chicken

    Deep fry chicken until crispy. Drain.

  • Make Sauce

    Combine gochujang, honey, soy, and ginger in a pan. Simmer until thick. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
