    Fava Beans
  • 3 cloves
    Garlic

    Lemon
  • 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil

    Cumin
Directions
  • Cook Beans

    If using dried beans, soak overnight and simmer until tender. Canned beans can be heated directly.

  • Mash and Season

    Partially mash the beans. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.

  • Serve

    Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with pita bread for dipping.
