Directions
  • Heat Milk

    Heat milk to 180°F (82°C). Cool to 110°F (43°C).

  • Add Starter

    Whisk in yogurt starter.

  • Strain

    Pour into cheesecloth-lined strainer. Refrigerate 4-12 hours.
