Directions
  • Prepare Eggplant

    Cut eggplant in half and score the flesh. Bake cut-side up until tender.

  • Make Glaze

    Mix miso, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.

  • Glaze and Broil

    Spread glaze on cooked eggplant. Broil for 2-3 minutes until glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
