Directions
  • Prepare Vegetables

    Slice eggplant and potato. Salt eggplant to remove bitterness, then fry or bake until soft.

  • Make Meat Sauce

    Sauté onion and garlic, add beef and cook until browned. Add tomatoes and spices

  • simmer.

  • Assemble and Bake

    Layer eggplant, potato, and meat sauce in a dish. Top with béchamel sauce and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
