    White Wine

    Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup
    Parmesan
Directions
  • Sauté Mushrooms

    Sauté mushrooms until golden. Remove from pan.

  • Cook Aromatics

    Sauté chopped onion until soft. Add rice and toast for 1 minute.

  • Add Liquid

    Add wine and cook until absorbed. Add warm broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until rice is creamy and al dente. Stir in mushrooms and Parmesan.
