- Make Sauce
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of sugar in a small bowl.
- Stir-fry
Pound garlic and chilies in a mortar. Stir-fry in a very hot wok until fragrant. Add minced chicken and break it up.
- Finish
When chicken is cooked, add the sauce. Turn off the heat and stir in the holy basil. Serve over rice with a fried egg.
