Directions
  • Soak Noodles

    Soak rice noodles in warm water until pliable.

  • Make Sauce

    Mix tamarind, fish sauce, and sugar.

  • Stir-fry

    Cook tofu and eggs. Add noodles and sauce. Toss to combine.
