Directions
  • Sear Meats

    Season chicken and sear in a paella pan. Remove and set aside.

  • Sofrito

    Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes and cook down.

  • Cook Rice

    Add rice and toast for a minute. Add broth and saffron. Arrange chicken and seafood on top. Simmer without stirring until rice is cooked.
