Directions
- Bloom Gelatin
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes until soft.
- Heat Cream
Warm the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Do not boil. Squeeze excess water from gelatin and whisk into the warm cream until dissolved.
- Chill
Pour into ramekins or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve with fresh berries or a fruit sauce.
