Pork Tonkatsu

    Pork Cutlets
  • 1 cup
    Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1
    Egg
  • 1/2 cup
    Flour
  • 4 cups
    Shredded Cabbage
Directions
  • Bread Pork

    Dredge pork cutlets in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  • Fry

    Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry cutlets for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve

    Let drain on a rack. Slice and serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
