    Tamarind Paste
  • 2 tbsp
    Fish Sauce
Directions
  • Soak Noodles

    Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes until pliable but not soft. Drain well.

  • Prepare Sauce

    Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.

  • Stir-fry

    Heat oil in a wok. Scramble eggs, then add tofu and noodles. Pour sauce over and toss. Add bean sprouts and peanuts at the end.
